WARP Solution participated in the 2024 Korea Radiocommunication Show (KRS 2024) at Coex THE PLATZ exhibition hall from November 20 (Wednesday) to 22 (Friday).
Founded in 2016, WARP Solution is a fabless company specializing in commercializing long-distance, multi-device RF wireless charging technology. The company also develops essential components for 5G and RF charging, including miniature RF power amplifiers and high-frequency rectifier diodes, key elements of non-memory semiconductors.
WARP Solution has filed 57 intellectual property patents globally, 28 of which have already been registered. The company continues to expand its innovative R&D efforts and expects more registrations in the future.
A notable highlight of its offerings is the frequency-based power amplifier package, pivotal for long-distance wireless charging and 5G networks. WARP Solution delivers proprietary power amplifier products designed and developed in-house, from circuit design to packaging, catering to customer-specific requirements.
The RF-to-DC conversion chip, a cornerstone of frequency-based long-distance wireless power transfer, exemplifies the company’s globally competitive proprietary technology.

At KRS 2024, WARP Solution introduced its “RF Wireless Charging Applications,” which demonstrate an RF-to-DC conversion efficiency of 60%. This makes the technology ten times more compact than existing solutions. The transmitter and receiver can transfer 20mW of power over a distance of 6 meters.
A key feature is its ability to supply consistent power to 12 receivers simultaneously using MFMC (Multi-Frequency Multi-Charging), a patented technology that enables multi-device wireless charging. The received power adjusts dynamically depending on the distance; for instance, a receiver positioned 1 meter from the transmitter can draw 2.24W.
KRS 2024 is South Korea’s first specialized exhibition dedicated to the radiocommunication industry. It is held in conjunction with the Radio Broadcasting Industry Promotion Week. Organized by the Korea Radio Promotion Association and Korea E&EX, the event aims to drive growth in the radio industry and advance radiocommunication technologies.
